WHAT I’VE LEARNED SO FAR IN MY PERSONAL HEALTH JOURNEY:

FFQH taught me how to listen to my body and it's cues instead of trying to force my body to my volitale  schedule. Diane taught me that restrictive diets train my body ot be unhealthy, and now I can listen to it to truly know when I'm hungry, what my body needs (fats, protein, carbs, veggies) and to accept that change. Movement comes naturally when I truly listen to my body's needs. I'll be forever grateful for Diane and Tyler because they taught me how to let go of all of societals pressure to look a certain way, and instead embrace my body for all of its power and abilities.

Who knew I would have to eat more in order to achieve my fitness goals! Diane is incredibly knowledgeable. Whenever I had a question about nutrition or certain workout exercises, Diane was right there to answer and cheer me on. Especially on those days when I didn't want to workout. Such a great coach!
